Evergreen Court is situated in Kileleshwa, at the corner of
Kandara and Gatundu Roads – a beautiful and peaceful
environment and overlooking the Kirichwa Dogo Valley and
Kenya High School. It is only five kilometers, or a ten minute
drive, from the city centre but as different an environment
from the city as one could wish for. There are many amenities
in the area, including both Kasuku and Valley Arcade shopping
centers, with the multitude of facilities at Nakumatt Junction
only a little further.
There are a number of high quality schools to choose from,
including Kenton, Rusinga, Braeburn and the Montessori. There
is also the Nairobi Arboretum close by, providing a tranquil
environment in which to while away the weekends. There is
also Gertrude’s Children’s Outpatient Clinic and Kileleshwa
Police Station nearby.
Many other apartments are all identical. We believe
in offering you a choice, which is why we have four
different sizes and styles.
Many other apartments have a master bedroom with an
en suite. But we believe that your children are important
too, which is why ALL of our bedrooms are en-suite.
Many apartments advertise a gym, but it turns out to
be disappointingly small. Our combined gym and steam
room are a generous 110sqm. We also have a pool and a
children’s play area.
Many apartments look spacious on paper but seem small
when you visit. Our smallest apartment is 213sqm and
our largest is a capacious 234sqm. They also have high
ceilings and large windows, bathing the whole in the
warmth of natural light.

the reality does not quite match the promise.
